BLAKE™ Silicone Drains (Round Hubless) 19FR Trocar – Box/10

The BLAKE™ Silicone Drains (Round Hubless) with Trocar is used with J-VAC™ Closed Wound Drainage System. Consists of a silicone drain with four channels along the sides, a blue radiopaque stripe along the length of the drain, a round silicone extension tube, and an adapter, with trocar.

Designed for excellent drainage, BLAKE® has four continuous channels that provide greater tissue contact area than regular perforated drains, with multiple drainage routes to resist clogging. BLAKE® is constructed of silicone with solid center designed for strength and flexibility.

Better patient comfort means the patients experience minimal discomfort upon removal. Due to the channel design, removal may be less traumatic to surrounding tissues in comparison to designs with holes. The tubes are also smaller, and more flexible.
